Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your mugs! If there’s a problem, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at Jordan@mymugs.org with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless your item was damaged or incorrect.
